Government and academic advisors
The Alliance's honorary advisory body comprises four government representatives from Hong Kong and China: Samson Tam, Hong Kong legislative council member (IT), Daniel Lai, Hong Kong government CIO, Zou Sheng, deputy director-general, the Economic and Information Commission of Guangdong Province, and Guo Jianbing, deputy director, Software Services Department, Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.
Its three academic advisors are Prof David Cheung from The University of Hong Kong, Prof Xu Yan from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, and Prof Helen Meng from The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
