About us

The Asia Cloud Forum, an online media portal, has been created to represent the interests of Enterprise Users, Governments, Telcos, Vendors, Policy Makers and others with a stake in the development of cloud computing in Asia.

The objective is to provide news, trends, opinion and objective analysis into all the key areas of cloud computing today. From software-as-a-service to platform- and infrastructure-as-a-service, the Forum aims to cover all the different elements that enable cloud computing whether it be public or private.  

The website and the affiliated Asia Cloud Forum e-newsletters aim (North Asia and South Asia editions) to create some clarity in an area rife with confusing terms, definitions and different views. Readers are encouraged to sign up as Forum members to receive the e-newsletters and download key research reports, special guides and white papers related to cloud computing.

The Forum will also at a later stage develop a full community feature to give members an opportunity to discuss implementation and growth strategies, share ideas and best practices on challenges such as data security and develop common standards to enable further expansion of the cloud ecosystem in Asia.
